Welcome to Yurringa Group

Yurringa Group was established to oversee commercial ventures, including Yurringa Energy, Yurringa, Karnaji, and Kal’pul.  Founders Daniel Briggs and Shane Wilkins, guided by their commitment to fostering change within the Indigenous economy, embarked on an entrepreneurial journey that led to the creation of these four companies.

“Yurringa”, the Yorta Yorta word for sun, inspired the name of their first venture, Yurringa Energy. Reflecting a meaningful connection at the time, the name Yurringa was also chosen for their company which offers Talent Acquisition and Labour Hire.  As the group expanded, they launched Karnaji and Kal’pul to further enhance employment and procurement opportunities with a focus on entering new industries to create incremental and unprecedented opportunities for Indigenous procurement and participation.
